Hello
I am 1:43 colletor that loves to display the cars OFF of their bases. Don't panic, I do it ever so carefully choosing well-sealed glass/wood display cases that have not let 1 speck of dust in over the the 5 years I've displayed my cars.
Long story short, my collection is growing and I want new display cases, but don't want to break the bank.
What do others think of this design? I figure I can get 50-60 cars in it and it fits my traditional decor very well. Comes in several finishes including sanded-natural, so it could be painted ANY color to suite many tastes! Of course, it would NOT have shot glasses, but rather sparkling 1:43rd masterpieces! In fact, I've NEVER owned a case with a mirror-back, so I'm not so sure about that, but I figure I could always cover that with alcantara, satin etc for a different look?
What is everyone's opinion on this case for $139 ? Really would appreciate any thoughts or alternatives? Happy Collecting, F43
